He specializes in the public policy analysis for efficient, sustainable and inclusive urban development. Professor Wang’s research appears in multiple disciplinary areas and has been covered in the Atlantic, Harvard Business Review, Los Angeles Times and New York Times. He gave talks at the China Finance 40 Forum, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Los Angeles World Affairs Council, RAND, World Bank, and numerous academic conferences and institutions. | Prof. Norzailawati Bt. Hj. Mohd. NoorInternational Islamic University Malaysia Prof. TPr. Gs. Dr. Norzailawati Mohd Noor is currently a professor at the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She was a Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs and Industrial Link (DDAIL) at Kulliyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED). Her expertise is in Urban remote sensing and Physical Planning. She holds a Ph.D. and MSc in Remote Sensing, a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, and a Diploma of Urban and Regional Planning from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Currently, she was a certified Town Planner under the Board of Town Planners Malaysia (P0676/22* A0451), and a Corporate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Planners (650/15). She was Vice president and a Fellow member of the Institution of Geospatial and Remote Sensing Malaysia (IGRSM)(FL262). She has been involved as Principal Investigator (PI) for MOHE research grants and led collaborations research and consultancy among universities, intergovernmental, and non-governmental agencies at national and international levels. She is also distinctively competent, with various publications in journals, book chapters, proceedings, and manuscripts that are indexed in ISI, Scopus, and Web of Science, and has participated in many symposiums, conferences, workshops, and seminars that are related to her expertise. She has actively participated in many workshops and training sessions on remote sensing and GIS applications in urban planning.
