2026 2nd International Conference on Human Geography and Urban-Rural Planning


The 2026 2nd International Conference on Human Geography and Urban-Rural Planning (HGURP 2026) will be held from Feburary 6 to 8, 2026 in Guangzhou, China. The conference aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers and practitioners from all over the world to exchange and share ideas on cutting-edge issues and innovative solutions in the field of human geography and urban-rural planning.

The research focus of the conference will cover a number of key areas, including sustainable urban development, optimization of urban spatial structure, rural development and revitalization, human-environment interaction, and the application of science and technology in urban and rural planning. Participants will have an in-depth discussion on how to balance the many challenges posed by rapid urbanization to human society and the natural environment in order to reach the goal of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will submitted for indexing by CPCI and CNKI.
